Boy
Scouting is about building character, developing personal fitness, and
learning leadership and citizenship. These goals are achieved in the outdoors.
The adventure of hiking, camping, swimming, boating, high-adventure
challenges, and touring is woven into the program.
The Boy Scouting
is divided into three age-appropriate programs:

BOY SCOUTING (Troop 446)
is open to boys that have
graduated from Cub Scouts in their
5th grade year, or are entering 6th
grade, until they turn 18 years of age
<No previous Scouting experience is necessary>
- Meetings: Troop Meetings are held (2) Thursdays a month from
7pm-8:30pm
- Patrol Leaders' Council Meetings: For youth leaders held one
Thursday a month
from 7pm to 8pm
- Camping: Yes. Our Troop tries to offer (1) campout a month
- Dues: $75 a year
- Summer camp program?: Yes
- Meeting location: Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church - Rhoady Lee hall

VENTURING SCOUTS (Crew 446)
is open to boys and
girls attending high school. This is an adventure based program for
youth. Which focuses on learning specific outdoor activities like
rappelling, white water rafting, and sailing.
- Meetings: Venture meetings may be held once a month in conjunction
with an activity,
or by itself.
- Camping: Yes. Our Crew 446 likes to offer an outing a month
- Dues: $75 a year
- Summer camp program?: Yes
