The Boy Scout Troop recently visited two summer camps - Camp Raymond, by Flagstaff, Arizona, and Camp Emerald Bay, on Catalina Island, in California.

Going into the school year we have an exciting Troop calendar planned - featuring:

• Fall Family Campout

• Fall Camporee

• An updated Troop Meeting format - featuring several hard-to-find Merit Badge clinics

• A youth leadership program, utilizing the Patrol Leader Council method

• Spring canoeing trip down the Colorado River

• More than 13 camping opportunities through June 2008.
